U2000: Efficient MBB Network O&M Platform

The Huawei iManager U2000 (U2000 for short) supports inter-RAT and cross-domain coordination management, which unifies O&M of wireless, transmission, and CN resources. It maximizes O&M efficiency by focusing on service correlation between networks of different RATs.
