Huawei CDM focuses on the terminal device management. Through cooperating with other network elements in VoWiFi, user can

enable automatic authentication and service provision by themselves to eliminate the limitations by tradition business office mode or SMS, and can provide VoWiFi solution based Non-SIM card device with the help of CDM. CDM not only can provide the best service opening experience for terminal users, but also can provide a new VoWiFi solution based on Non-SIM card devicde  and help the operators to develop VoWiFi subscribers rapidly.

The CDM provides the following three functions:

• Device Interface: Implements information exchange and access authentication for USIM terminals and non-USIM terminals and generates call parameters for non-USIM terminals.
• Service Provision: Notify service provision to BOSS, Stores, modifies, and queries terminal emergency call addresses and exception clause signature statuses and handles terminal services.
• Carrier APNs: Manages subscription messages, handles notification messages, and exchanges information with the Apple Push Notification Service (APNS).
